These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, programs, digital products, coaching, and communications offered by Faith Evan West (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Faith Evan West provides business coaching, consulting, educational programs, digital products, and related resources. All services are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Client Responsibility & No Guarantees

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, decisions, implementation, and circumstances

• No specific outcomes, financial results, or business success are guaranteed

• Coaching and educational services are collaborative in nature, and you remain fully responsible for your actions, choices, and outcomes

Past results or testimonials do not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in CAD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or processing fees.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All sales of digital products, programs, and services are final and non-refundable

• Coaching sessions not cancelled within the stated notice period (if applicable) may be forfeited

• Access to digital content may be revoked if payment is disputed or reversed

Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Faith Evan West, including but not limited to text, videos, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, branding materials, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Faith Evan West.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share content

• Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license only.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during coaching or programs will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants in any group programs or communities.

8. Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to services, updates, and offerings.

You may opt out at any time:

• Emails: via the unsubscribe link

• Text messages: by replying STOP

Message and data rates may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Evan West shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, business interruption, data loss, or personal dissatisfaction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faith Evan West from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

We may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, performance, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services, programs, or content at our discretion, without refund, if these Terms are violated or if behavior is deemed harmful, abusive, or inappropriate.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
